his is my personal hang out here on the web. Come on in and sit a spell. You might have to toss a dog out of the chair first but we don't rely on ceremony around here.

Who is this guy?

identify myself first as a husband and father (or father and husband) due to the fact that my family means everything to me. My family is the reason I do most things in my life especially things that involve earning a wage. I am a Unix Professional who has been at the game since 1986 or so. I got my start as a Perl programmer around 1989 and have been using the language non stop since.

ome organizations I belong to include two dog clubs and the American Legion. The two dog clubs are Bayshore Companion Dog Club and JAG. As luck would have it I was elected to be an officer in both dog clubs as well as the American Legion post I belong to (Post 346).

lso I am a very avid cook that cooks in a variety of styles. Barbeque being my favorite style along with cooking chili.

et's not rule out the fact as well that I love my dogs. Currently I am owned by seven of them and they are all rescue dogs that came to my household to be fostered and they never moved on. With our dogs, my wife and I participate in a sport called Agility where the dogs have been trained to run in an obstacle course under our guidance for accuracy as well as time.

ther interests of mine include fishing for just about anything that swims in the ocean, lake, pond, or stream. I'm also an electronics dabbler and have been since I was 8 years old.

rewing beer and making wine are two other interests of mine that I never seem to have time for but keep me interested just the same.

here is one interestsof mine that I have no skill in, boat building. That's an unexplored territory for me and given my lack of skill at woodworking my remain so.
